miMood uses three unique measures to assist you in describing your mood:
* Happiness: this records your feeling of well being
* Composure: this records how relaxed or at ease you are feeling
* Focus: this records your energy and attention level
In addition, you can record details about your environment that relate to your mood. You can document:
* Doing: what you are doing at the time
* With: who you are with
* Where: where you are
miMood will allow you to record the above details as often as you like and browse through your mood history. miMood will also graph your mood over time, allowing you to see all of the mood measures individually, or as a single combined measure.
